In 2014 BNP Paribas has become the shareholder of XBS Logistics.

The processes are performed in six operational storage. XBS Group derives from the STACI Group. In France, the company is among the fifteen largest logistics operators. STACI Group has offices and partners in countries such as Italy, Spain, Belgium, United Kingdom, Russia.

Jean-Pierre MASSE

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Jean-Pierre MASSE holds a degree in economic science. He graduated from the Institute of Business Administration (Institut d 'Administration des Entreprises CAAE) and obtained a Ph. degree in the field of management. In 1989, in January, he founded a company STACI, which in November 1998 became the Stock Exchange in Paris. In 2006, Astorg Partners has purchased a majority stake in the STACI Group. Jean-Pierre Masse includes the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board and holds a 25% stake in the company.
STACI as a company engaged in retail logistics achieved in 2013 a turnover of EUR 200 million. Jean-Pierre Masse in its own name Ikat founded the holding company, which includes ten companies throughout Europe, including XBS Logistics, which holds the majority of its shares.

Jean-François FAUCHER

Board Chairman

Jean-François got a degree in engineering at the University of Strasbourg with a specialised master's degree in biomedical engineering at the University of Montreal. He graduated from the Executive MBA program at ESSEC, a leading business school in Paris. He began his career in the aerospace and defense industry, serving the airlines and air forces throughout North America in a company being the subsidiary of Cobham PLC. He has worked for leading technology consulting firms, such as Altran and Segula Technologies in outsourcing of business processes for various industries.
Jean-Francois started his activities in Poland in 2006 with a role of President STACI Poland. In 2012 after separation with STACI, when a new company under the name of XBS Group was founded Jean-Francois is a shareholder and Board Chairman of XBS Group.

Eric SALVAT

Member of the Supervisory Board

Eric is a member of the XBS Group Supervisory Board. He is an entrepreneur with extensive experience and business successes within many sectors. Eric has been living in Poland for many years. On a daily basis he manages AXIA company which specialises in sales promotion, targeted at the modern market. AXIA works with leading store brands in Poland and Europe.

Andrzej ZAWISTOWSKI

Member of the Supervisory Board

Andrzej is one of the most respected experts in the field of procurement and logistics. The knowledge gained both in Poland and abroad, across industries and product categories. As a member of the board of PSML (Polskie Stowarzyszenie Managerów Logistyki - Polish Association of Logistics Managers) Andrzej is actively involved in coaching Polish managers and sharing the best practices with them.

Jacek KOŁODZIEJCZYK

Chairman of the Board

Jacek Kołodziejczyk in February 2018 became the managing director of XBS Logistics. Previously, he gained experience in logistics projects at Ruch S.A., where he was the logistics director for 8 years, and in fuel companies - PKN Orlen, Statoil Poland, CPN, where he held high managerial positions for 18 years. The task that was set for the new director of XBS Logistics was operational and cost optimization in the area of supply chain service.

Damian KIEBLESZ

Member of the Board

Damian Kieblesz has been a member of the management board responsible for finances since October 2018. He started his professional career in a financial institution dealing with insurance capital funds. He has been associated with XBS Logistics since 2009. He started working as a business analyst and then a financial controller.

Daniel KORBUS

Member of the Board

Daniel Korbus worked for a large part of his career in managerial positions in banking (including BZ WBK, Kredyt Bank, Citibank, Raiffeisen Bank Polska). In 2013, he became a member of the management board of LDP Logistics Distribution Partners - a company that joined XBS Logistics in 2014. From 2015, as a director he was responsible for the BPO and IT area and for the Transport Department. From 2018 his scope of responsibility was extended to operations and business development.
